Gibran is the founder, Chairman and CEO of the CMPS® Institute, a national training and certifying organization created to empower key stakeholders in the mortgage and financial planning industries. Gibran presided over the rapid growth of CMPS® to over 4,500 members in just two years of operation as suitability in mortgage recommendations has become even more widely desired. Gibran writes and publishes articles, curriculum and content focused on mortgage planning principles, case studies, theories and practices. Some of his articles have been featured in industry publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Barron's, Worth Magazine and Investor's Business Daily.
