Ted Theiste is a Sales Manager with Wallick & Volk. Ted began his career in Real Estate and Mortgage lending in September of 1980. He has help thousands of people realize their dream of home ownership. Ted was named Top Mortgage Originator and Producing Branch Manager for 24 years. 16 of those years were in the Phoenix Metro area. Ted was also named Top Real Estate agent 4 years in a row during 1980-1984. He has 24 years experienced in FHA/VA, Bond Programs, Conventional and Subprime origination. In addition, Ted is experienced in both underwriting and closing loans and knows what is required to complete a successful loan closing for his clients.
Ted is the current Vice President of the Arizona Mortgage Lenders Association. Ted is truly passionate about the profession of mortgage origination. His goal is always to build a relationship with his clients so they realize the process is complete and successful. Ted’s clients are shown the best financing options for them, they are truly aware of all costs, and what to expect from the application to final closing. No Surprises!
Ted recently received the designation of Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist. CMPS professionals are committed, qualified and equipped to implement mortgage, cash flow and real estate equity management strategies that help clients build and conserve wealth, become debt free sooner and achieve financial freedom.
Ted’s relationship with his clients does not end at the closing, he is dedicated to helping clients manage their mortgage to maximize their finances and investment for a lifetime. Ted is married and has 2 sons and 1 daughter. He was a high school and college basketball coach for 15 years. He is a member of the Arrowhead Country Club in Glendale, Arizona and his hobbies include playing golf and doing crossword puzzles.
