Scott D. McFadden, CMP, is a founding member and co-owner of MortgageBanc, LLC. He brings his clients over 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Scott has received the prestigious designation of Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, and is one of the first three people in the State of Alabama to achieve this recognition. He also is a graduate of the renowned Xinnix Mortgage Institute. In 2005, he co-founded the Worth 3 system (www.worthcubed.com), targeted to financial planners and high net worth clients for increasing their net worth. Scott received his undergraduate degree from Samford University, holding a B.S. in Public Administration and Business.
